“This classic Austrian restaurant not only offers seasonal specialties but also the real classics of the Austrian cuisine and that’s what I appreciate about it. The breaded and butter-fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside and is served on lamb’s lettuce with pumpkin seed oil. The beef consommé had a very intense and flavourful taste. As a second main dish I ordered pike-perch fillet with asparagus risotto and you could tell that this was the chef’s true specialty. The fish was tender and lightly glazed and the risotto was ‚al dente‘ with the right amount of butter and asparagus. Due to the honest sizes of the servings we couldn’t fit in any dessert. The selection of wines is excellent. It always feels like a special treat when we dine here.”
